Return Process

  Upload a few photos of the product to ensure the seal is intact and the packaging is in its original condition.

  Pickup & Shipping

  Once approved, our courier partner will arrive within 2-3 business days to collect the item from your doorstep.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
